All items are in stock and ready to ship. We usually ship within 7 days--often sooner, rarely later. We will call or email you immediately if there are any delays or problems with your order. We ship anywhere in the world and are proud of being a dependable plus size vendor.

Shipping costs and/or California state sales tax (8.25% - CA residents only) will be added to an order's grand total should the customer overlook the selection of their shipping location (Step 2: Shipping) during the check-out process. The customer is notified of this change via email, along with their adjusted total charge amount.

Shipping is calculated prior to any applicable discounts or coupons. Packages originate from Lakewood, California, 90713. Most of our garments weigh an average of 1lb to 1.5 lbs.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

UPS Ground Shipping to the Contiguous United States:

We ship our contiguous U.S. orders by UPS Ground with shipping and handling charges based on weight and distance. Standard time to ship is within one week of receiving your order. All UPS orders receive a tracking email from QuantumViewNotify@ups.com. You may track your UPS package on our web site.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam or FPO AE/APO addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Standard time to ship is within two weeks of receiving your order. USPS orders over 12 pounds require a shipping quote.

International Shipping:

We ship anywhere in the world. We use United States Postal Service, and we ship by two different methods: Global Express and International Airmail. The cost is calculated based on the weight of the package and its destination.

For orders over $100 in value or over 4lbs, we ship by USPS Global Express. This method is fast (3-5 days), insured and trackable, and more expensive. Delivery is guaranteed.

For orders under $100 in value and under 4 lbs, we also offer USPS Airmail Letterpost. This method is slower (7-14 days or longer) and uninsurable, therefore we do not guarantee delivery. We have not lost a package to date, however, we will only ship packages by this method if the value is under $100.00.

International packages ship within 2 weeks.

Return Policy:

Regular Price & Sale Items
We offer a full money back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase (for any reason), send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Returns made after 30 days will be considered for exchange or store credit only. Exchanges are sent free of shipping/handling charges. When using store credit, shipping and handling charges will apply. Purchases must be returned unused, clean, and with all tags attached. All orders (except final sales) are packed with a return sheet with full return address and instructions.

Clearance Items
Clearance items discounted up to 35% are returnable for exchange or store credit only. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase (for any reason), send it back to us within 30 days for exchange or store credit, less shipping costs. Clearance items cannot be returned after 30 days. Purchases must be returned unused, clean, and with all tags attached. Coupons and discounts cannot be used on clearance items unless otherwise noted.

Final Sale Items
Clearance items discounted 40% or more are final sale items. Items sold as a final sale are not returnable. These items are clearly marked with the phrase "all sales final". All yardage sales are final.

Full refund, exchange, or store credit if suit is returned two weeks (14 days, including weekends and holidays) from the day you receive it. After two weeks, returned swimsuits can be exchanged or store credit will be given. No refunds if swimsuit is returned after 14 days.

Backorder Policy:

An order for an item that is temporarily out of stock is called a "backorder." When you purchase an item on backorder, we will ship the item to you via UPS Ground shipping as soon as it becomes available. All backordered items are listed with an estimated arrival date. If there is a significant change in the arrival date, we will notify you by e-mail. You are never charged for a back-ordered item until it is shipped, and you may cancel an item on backorder at any time by sending us an email or calling us toll free at 888.411.9790. You do not pay additional shipping for backorders. In regards to an international order, we can only ship one package per international order. If your order consists of several items, one or more of which are on backorder, we cannot ship the in-stock items until the backordered items become available.

In case of international orders, if you want to receive your in-stock items right away, you must remove the backordered items from your order and re-order them separately, as a new order. As we do with standard international orders, we will advise you via e-mail of your shipping costs and options.

Not all items that go out of stock are automatically backordered. All backordered items have options in the choice field of the corresponding style. If you do not see the style, color, or size that you need, and there is no option for it on the corresponding page, that means we have run out and will not be reordering at this time.
